Prep Hopes for The Long Weekend
It was a trend a while ago to discuss what you do for prep so I just wanted to make a post of the stuff (not secret, you understand) that I plan to prepare for this weekend, in rough priority order.
- Another month or two of weather for the Saturday group. Pretty easy.
- Do the lairs up in the Scary Woods map tile (i.e. the one to the East of the Lake Region. I work in "map tiles," which are squares 10 hexes to a side, with hexes being 12 miles. There are ~17 sites which are candidates for making a small-medium dungeon, but I'm just going to do the ones likely to be touched - West of the river and the vampire's castle.)
- Random encounters for the Scary Woods region
- Finish preliminary keying in the Northern mountains
- and, finally, maybe add some extra Stuff to some of the towns and cities?
- also the session report for this Tuesday! good stuff that session, I think. you'll like it.
